𝐁𝐞𝐚𝐮𝐭𝐲 𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐞𝐲𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐞𝐫

and this painting is a testament to that. Each person sees something different and unique, a reflection of their own thoughts and emotions. This painting is my reminder that beauty is subjective and it's all around us, it's up to us to open our eyes and behold it.

Submitted for the Art Club monthly challenge.

I remember feeling so transported hearing the music from the gypsies that would walk through the streets of apartment buildings in Greece while my neighbors would throw coins over their balconies to thank them.

Last week I completed this big commission. The client gave me all the creative freedom and that was amazing! It was an interesting ride where I felt all sorts of emotions from not liking it to falling completely in love with it. But looking closely at all the interesting parts and all the layers, it really feels like I'm so close to my real voice. I'm proud that I've came this far already.

That was my first painting of the month - and I am so happy I sold it so fast. I feel so grateful for all I have learnt in Art club, it has helped grow my skill and especially the workshops... I plan on doing limited prints of this beauty, and if you want to be on my list, please send me a DM with your email!

I will do Limited Fine Art prints on a beautiful paper and then I will hand embellish them.

I used to play the cello and watching Wednesday made me want to play it again! The best part of this sketch is the shiny watercolor so I tried to get that to show in the pic.

I also wanted to know if any of you apply gesso to the back of the canvas? I have seen many times it is recommended when we use oil paint. But I would like to know what the coaches think of it.
